Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Lead and support staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and operations teams.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with recruitment, staff training, and performance management.
- Prepare reports and support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business management software.
- Experience in healthcare transportation or the NEMT industry is an advantage but not required.
